Yes, there is an iron in all our apartments.

Is there a washing machine

Good afternoon! There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a communal laundry on thr 5th floor with washers, dryers and detergent that is free to use and open 24 hours! Kind regards Felix Hazlehurst (Front Desk)

Yes, there is. All our 3 and 4 bedroom apartments have their own washer and drying machines.

Are towels provided?

Yes, towels are provided. We can change them every day if you request it, and we also have extra ones at the reception.

Are there hair dryers at the property?

Yes, all our apartments have an hair dryer in the apartment.

is there washing machine for laundry in each room? if not, how much for coin-operated washers ?

We have a free laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers and we also offer free detergent. Our 3 and 4 bedroom apartments offer a private laundry in the apartment aswell.

We are thinking of staying here then flying to the United States. Is their a place near by where we can get a covid test before our flight at BCN? thank you!!!!

Yes there are lots of places in Barcelona that you can get to in order to do a COVID test before departing, and we can even organise that someone comes and does it in the apartment for you if that is easier!

Is the pool heated in November?

The pool is not heated no.

Hi. How many TVs are in the 2 bed apartment? Also, is there a fridge?

There is 1 television in the apartment in the living room, and yes the apartment comes with afully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, electric stove, oven etc.

Hi. We are looking at booking the 2 bedroom apartment in February 2022. Are all of your facilities open including the rooftop pool?

Yes all the facilities are open all year round: sauna, gym, swimming pool and rooftop terrace. Thank you!

Hello Izabela! All the apartments are noise insulated, but some apartments have views of the Sagrada Familia and some apartments have views of the street. Unfortunately, which one a guest will have cannot be guaranteed in advance. Kind regards

hi my plane lands in Barcelona at 11.50pm so I won’t get to the hotel till after midnight. can I check in after midnight?

We have two adults and two children (11 and 13 years old). Does the one-bedroom apartment have enough beds for us? It says one full bed and one sofa bed. Please let us know asap so we can decide. Thanks!

Hello! As indicated, the one-bedroom apartment has a double bed in the main bedroom, then a sofa-bed in the living room where the two children can sleep :-). So yes, it's up to 4 people! Kind regards

All of our apartments have a dishwasher in them, and there is a communal laundry on the fifth floor. 3 and 4 bedroom apartments have laundry within the apartment, but 1 and 2 bedroom apartments do not.

How much is the security deposit?

300€ for the 1and 2 bedroom apartments and 600€ for the 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

The apartment is conveniently located near Sagrada Familia, with stunning views but in a quiet location.
The luxurious apartment was well equipped with everything need away from home. Even though it’s so close to the Sagrada Familia with stunning views from the rooftop and our balcony. it was in a quiet location. There are supermarkets and bakeries all around the apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen and we made breakfast every morning .The staff is patient and welcoming and pleasant. amazing and always willing to help. Tamara went above and beyond to ensure that our family was comfortable. We will stay there again whenever we’re in Barcelona. Best place .

lovely stay would definitely book again if ever in Barcelona
It was a comfortable space and good value when compared to other hotels. Kids having their own room was a huge plus

Good place for a family stay very close to Sagrada Familia
The staff and the wading pool, as well as the view from the balcony of the Sagrada Familia were great. The apartment itself was nice, especially for a family trip where we needed 4 bedrooms.
The policy of the place said quiet time after 10 pm, but there were loud parties on the balconies until the wee hours a couple nights. The staff leaves at 10 pm, so obviously not very enforceable policy.
